STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES APPLY
For overseas shipping we have shipping purchases available where you select your countries standard shipping rate (click here), however if you would like to get a quote on your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the items you wish to purchase, quantity of items and your full name and full address including your postcode (and order reference number if you have already placed your order without the required shipping). We promise to respond to you within 3 working days (excluding weekends) with a shipping quote and instructions on how you can add this quote to your order.
Please note, if you have placed an order without including a shipping bolt on that matches your overseas delivery address we will not be able to process your order. Should this happen, a representative will be in touch via email to notify you that a bolt on needs to be purchased.
In order to purchase a bolt on after you have completed your puchase and completed your order you need to start again on a new order, purchase a bolt on under the same name and address from the original order you previously made. Please ensure you include information on your previous order and reference number if possible in the in the delivery note/text box at checkout. PLEASE NOTE: Additional charges will apply (standard shipping rate applies to every order placed on our shop), however in order to avoid these please contact us to request a code to apply at checkout so that you do not recieve multiple standard shipping rate charges.
ORDER PROCESS AND DISPATCH
Once we have recieved your order, your items will be dispatched from Celia Hammond Animal Trust Head Office, High Street, Wadhurst, TN56AG within 5 working days on 2nd class delivery or equivalent.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
If items within your order have suddenly become unavailable or are out of stock (this can be due to postal orders) we will contact you immediately to notify you when the item will be back in stock and when it will be dispatched should it exceed 5 working days (excluding weekends).
COLLECTIONS AVAILABLE FROM WADHURST ONLY
If you would like to request the option to collect your items from Wadhurst Charity Shop (High Street, Wadhurst, TN5 6AG) please call Head Office before placing your order on 01892 783367 (mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm) and we will give you a coupon code to discount the standard shipping charges to your order. Please note collection is available Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am - 2pm. You will be notified of when your items are ready for collection.
Stock will soon be available (replenishment dates of stocks are estimated only).
